This was how the morning begun...typical Brooklyn. How do you sleep with so many puppies and guys? "How do you sleep without them!"

All morning Tom and I were feeling pretty sentimental. "Brooklyn, right now you were coming out of mommy's stomach...we heard your first cry...we got to hold you and see you for the first time..." You get the picture. (Are you noticing the tears in Tom's eyes too?) She just smiled and kept right on playing the Wii. She was not grasping the situation!!

After a breakfast of Crepes, bacon, eggs, hot chocolate, and OJ, Brooklyn had a party at Flips with cousins and some friends! Who knew she loved to be the center of attention so much! :)
That afternoon, cousins played, hamburgers were eaten and star bundt cake was served!
Is 8 years old to early to be a tween?? I am certain it is not. If the headphones are not in the DSi, they are in the shuffle while said tween is dancing and singing her heart out! Man I love her!

The day ended snug and warm at 8:30 pm. Happy Birthday Baby.

Awwwwwwwwwwww.....how dare she become 8 already!!!! HaPpY BiRtHdAy Brooklyn!!!!
ReplyDeleteShe is adorable! Happy Birthday Brooklyn! You don't remember me, but I was the first one who taught your daddy how to change your diaper, I took the picture to prove it...Happy 8, it's a big one!
ReplyDeleteEmail me...I don't have your email address, and I will walk you through fixing your blog...or you could call!
ReplyDeleteI cannot believe our girls are turning EIGHT this year. It's gone by too quickly. I'm anxious to see how the dress is going. Post pics!!
ReplyDeleteWow!! You must be old to have an eight year old. Good thing I only have a six year old. . . .ok almost seven year old!!! I am so glad you found me.
ReplyDeleteI swear she looked exactly the same way 7 years ago when she was sleeping. Well, maybe a few more books in the bed back then :) I seriously don't know how she didn't poke her eyes out in her sleep.
