New Year...New Goals...Kind of

Okay. So if I right down my new goals, I will be more likely to follow through with them, right? But let's be honest. These aren't really new goals. I'm just still trying to accomplish old ones. Here are a few I have been thinking about...

1. FHE- I need to plan this better. We are pretty good at having it, just not so good at having a plan- one that fits our family or our current problems, etc. At stake conf, the couple that came talked about FHE. The wife said that as mothers, it should be something we are excited about, to use our creativity to solve family problems and to teach. I am going to reach WAY down inside me to find that creative mom. (Or I'll just find websites to help me out! :) Check out fheplanner.blogspot.com.
2. Organize my Recipes- I want to create a binder of recipes that we love and use. And then have a section of recipes to try...this is all very daunting. Check out keepinthecastle.blogspot.com.
3. This next one is a sub-section of the last one...cook dinner! or...Eat out Less! We aren't so bad at this, I just want to do better.
4. Be able to play primary songs and hymns- better. Practice, practice! (I sound like my mom!)
5. Eat healthier. Ok. Lose 5 lbs. Whatever. Run 5K's, 10K's- Mini triathlons?
6. Write a book. I'm just putting it out there. I've always wanted to write a book. Tom tells me I should...but we all know I'm not a good writer; and I'm especially not a good speller!!! Just one of my dreams.

So there they are...some of my goals. Any ideas on accomplishing them, let me know! I could use all the help I can get!! (This weeks FHE- baptism.)
